Chicken Bacigalupo
4 boneless chicken breasts
1/2 cup Ritz cracker crumbs or bread crumbs
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 stick melted butter
1/2 cup cream of chicken soup
1/4 cup water
4 oz. sour cream.
Mix crumbs, cheese and butter with fork. Roll chicken in mixture and place in buttered baking dish. Save extra crumbs for top. Combine chicken soup, water, and sour cream and pour over chicken. Sprinkle crumbs on top. Bake at 350 for 30 to 45 minutes.

Note: Cooking time may vary, based on the thickness of the chicken breasts.
